It has been a rather hot summer here in Qld with no break from the 30C plus temperate each day for last few weeks and with more high temperatures on the way.  It is meant to be heading to 35 / 37C on the weekend. So when I saw this reference photo, it reminded me of my trip to Tasmania when it was snowing and nice and cold 😊.  So for a time, I was taken back to the memory of the lovely cold weather I experienced while I was painting this scene.

Winters Day measures 5 x 7 inches and is painted on Ampersand Gessobord Panel.

Many thanks to Suzanne Johnson for the reference photo.
